A published category is a promise to the clubs. Changing it later brings the discussion to the inbox. Each category needs its rules. More categories mean more work, not just more awards.

Three decisions that the night cannot resolve
The way to defend a jury decision is written before applications: wrong name, absent award recipient, contested decision. The first row is also a decision: seats and protocol. In the evening, the plan changes: late arrivals and last minute changes.
