Public sector
Hundreds of names. A small team. A public responsibility.
The room knows the award recipients and understands when a name, an order or a screen is wrong. Eventblox® connects preparation to the ceremony, so your team can navigate the night without getting bogged down in the operation.
The work that the room doesn't see
The ceremony exposes every failure of coordination.
The same person appears in different versions.
Applications, guest lists, scripts and presentations grow in separate files. A correction to a name or title forces you to search for all copies. If one remains uncorrected, the room sees the difference.
Changes arrive when there is no longer any margin.
An award recipient is absent, a guest arrives late or the sequence changes. Reception, the host and the screens need the same answer. The team wastes time confirming which version is current.
The human decision must respect the protocol.
The jury or the body appointed by the organiser makes the final decision. Then, each name must reach the invitation, the running order, the host and the screen without losing the context of the distinction.
The team closes an edition and starts over from scratch.
When the history is in folders, messages and sheets, the next edit depends on who remembers the process. The team goes back to rebuilding lists while remaining responsible for protocol, guests and the room.
One live record
From entry to history, without rebuilding the night at every stage.
Applications, guests, check-in, running order, host, room screens, certificates and history are linked to the same record. The team works on the same information before, during and after the ceremony.
The jury or the body appointed by the organiser makes the final decision. Eventblox does not choose the award recipient. It takes the approved result to guest management and evening operations.
Upon arrival, check-in confirms who is in the room. The running order, the host and the screens follow the confirmed information. A late change no longer depends on multiple copies and messages between teams.
After the last award, the certificates and edition record become available. The team preserves the context of each distinction and prepares the next edition without starting from an empty folder.

Hiring and start-up
Start with your ceremony process and details.
EU-hosted. GDPR-ready for public procurement. See how we handle data.
Four or five weeks is enough to get started. If the gala includes entries, allow the time candidates need to submit.
The demo is free. It lasts 30 to 60 minutes and uses your categories and names, so your team can assess the platform in the context of your event.
Pricing depends on your event type, estimated number of users, number of categories, presentation sequence and required feature blocks. In the meeting, we scope all of this with you.
Frequently asked questions
Is Eventblox only suitable for sports events?
No. The published hours were measured at two city council sports galas. The platform also connects the decision, room and history in merit ceremonies. In the demo, we use your categories and names.
Who decides the award recipients?
The jury or the body appointed by the organiser makes the final decision. Eventblox does not choose the award recipient. It records the approved result and connects it to the ceremony operation.
Do we need technical personnel at night?
In Oeiras, the city council's own team led the night. The necessary support is defined with you before and during the event.
We already have spreadsheets and presentations. Does it work the same?
Yes. The risk appears when the reception, host and screens use different copies. Eventblox connects these moments to the same record, so the team can no longer reconcile versions overnight.
How long do we need to start?
Four or five weeks is enough to get started. If the gala includes applications, also allow the time candidates need to submit.
Where is the data stored?
EU-hosted. GDPR-ready for public procurement. The trust page explains how we process data.
How much does it cost?
Pricing depends on your event type, estimated number of users, number of categories, presentation sequence and required feature blocks. In the meeting, we scope all of this with you.
