Operational workload
Team time accumulates before the room opens.
Preparing awards, guests and on-site operations takes team time. The Barreiro and Almada measurements make that workload visible and show the difference across the two completed galas.

Frequently asked questions
How were the hours counted?
We counted preparation hours and on-site hours before and after Eventblox. Barreiro went from 1,216 to 320 hours. Almada went from 738 to 270 hours. We compared the same scope at each gala.
Do these results apply to my gala?
They are not a prediction. They describe two city council galas. In the demo, we analyse the process and the size of your gala without applying these values.
Why does Oeiras appear out of hours?
In Oeiras, we measured the pace of the ceremony: 340 awards for 522 participants in 1 hr 30 min, with one award recipient on stage every 16 seconds. We do not measure working hours, so Oeiras is outside the measurements of Barreiro and Almada.
