FAQ
Eventblox® applied to your event.
Frequently asked questions
What is Eventblox?
It is a Event Intelligence platform for award ceremonies. It links the preparation, room operation, certificates and memory of each edition into a common information base.
How does the configuration begin?
We start with the regulations, the categories, the format of the ceremony and the way your team works. Then, we configure the platform in the image of the event, without forcing all ceremonies to follow the same model.
What are forms and automations for?
Registration or application forms and automation create the event’s information base. This base accompanies the preparation, the room, the certificates and the history that helps to start the next edition.
What if a category or name changes at the last minute?
The team changes the information once. The host's script, the room screens and the lists now show the same version, even during the ceremony.
Does Bloxy make AI decisions?
No. Bloxy is the event assistant. It can analyse and propose based on the regulations and historical dataset from previous editions. AI supports the decision; the organiser's jury or responsible person always validates the final decision.
How does integration and training take place?
Integration adapts Eventblox to the event. Managers learn how to use the platform. If the team conducts the check-in, they receive training at the door. The stage crew learns to use their screens.
How long does it take to get started?
Four or five weeks is enough to get started. If the gala includes applications, also allow the time candidates need to submit.
How much does it cost?
Pricing depends on your event type, estimated number of users, number of categories, presentation sequence and required feature blocks. In the meeting, we scope all of this with you.
What happens in a demo?
The demo is free, lasts 30 to 60 minutes and uses your categories and names. The team walks through the event with you and focuses on the difficulties they want to resolve.
How are data and the GDPR handled?
The platform is hosted in the EU and GDPR-ready for public procurement. See How we handle data to learn about the principles applied to the event.
In what languages is it available?
Eventblox is available in Portuguese, English, Spanish and Italian.
How many hours were saved in measured galas?
Total of two city council galas: 1,364 of 1,954 hours, around 70%; measured across 2 of 5 clients. These results describe these two galas and are not a prediction for another event.
