Total of two city council galas: 1,364 of 1,954 hours; measured across 2 of 5 clients. These results do not predict the outcome of an association gala. Oeiras is excluded from these hours.
From application to the next edition
Applications, attendance, running order, host, screens, certificates and history come from the same record. A change is made once and reaches the points of the night that need it. The team works on the same version before, during and after the gala.
Four or five weeks is enough to get started. If the gala includes applications, allow the time candidates need to submit.

Do we need technical staff?
You don't need to add a technical team to the committee to use the platform. Those who use it receive a brief guided tour. At the meeting, we define with you the support needed for the night.
Is the proof from association galas?
No. The measured hours are from two city-council sports galas. We show them because the operation is the same shape. We do not transfer their percentage to your night.
How much does it cost?
Pricing depends on your event type, estimated number of users, number of categories, presentation sequence and required feature blocks. In the meeting, we scope all of this with you.
What languages are available?
Eventblox is available in Portuguese, English, Spanish and Italian.
We already depend on a supplier at night. What changes?
The supplier can continue to handle production. The association maintains the rules and the decision. The list, entry, host and screens start to work on the same record.
