The platform is hosted in the European Union and GDPR-ready for public procurement. The contract and data processing agreement frame the processing carried out for each client.
AI with human validation
Bloxy can assist based on the event regulations and the historical dataset from previous editions. Bloxy can analyse and propose. A responsible person or the organiser's jury always validates the final decision.
Operation, support and continuity
The proposal or contract defines in writing the availability, support periods and channels, responsibilities, incident handling and continuity applicable to each organisation.
