The Event Intelligence Platform
An entire ceremony. A single record, before and after the night.
It all starts with the configuration of Eventblox® platform, adapted to the image of each event. Automations and registration or application forms give rise to the edition record, which feeds Plan, Prepare, Execute, Celebrate and the edition memory.
Four linked moments
Each moment prepares the next.
What is decided at the beginning follows the ceremony until the certificate and the next edition.
01
Plan
Make intent and regulation a clear foundation. The organiser defines categories and rules. The jury or designated body makes the final decision.
Plan02
Prepare
Link names, invitations, notifications, attendance, places and running order. A change comes to those who prepare and lead the room.
Prepare03
Execute
Keep the door, host, stage director and screens aligned live. The team responds to delays and changes without searching for the right version.
Execute04
Celebrate
Link disclosure to certificates, acknowledgment, and export. The night's work serves the following morning and editing.
Celebrate
One record, not multiple versions
Turned off tools save tasks. They don't keep the entire ceremony.

With Eventblox
A change reaches the points of the ceremony that need it.

Evaluate in your context
See your ceremony, not a generic demo.
The demo is free. It lasts 30 to 60 minutes and uses your categories and names.
Four or five weeks is enough to get started. If there are applications, also count the registration period.
EU-hosted. GDPR-ready for public procurement.
Frequently asked questions
Who decides who will win?
The jury or the body designated by the organiser makes the final decision. Bloxy can analyse, propose, help and prepare information based on the event regulations and the historical dataset from previous editions. One person always validates the final decision. Eventblox and Bloxy do not choose the award recipient.
We already use spreadsheets, email and presentations. What changes?
These tools save parts of the work. The problem arises when the reception, host and screens use different versions. Eventblox connects these moments to the same record.
Is it mandatory to hire a technical team?
There is no one-size-fits-all answer for every room. You can use the platform with your team and agree on additional support. We define responsibilities with you before the event.
How much does it cost?
Pricing depends on your event type, estimated number of users, number of categories, presentation sequence and required feature blocks. In the meeting, we scope all of this with you.
