What if our categories change at the last minute?

That is exactly the kind of change Eventblox is designed to handle. Update a category once and the relevant information stays aligned across the host’s script, video wall and also printed lists you can hand out if you want. We have a gala in 4 or 5 weeks. Is that enough time?

Absolutely. Four or five weeks is enough time to get ready. The main thing to consider is how long candidates need to submit their entries, if registration is part of your event. Event managers can create and publish registration forms in just a few hours — sometimes in minutes. The rest of the setup can follow your event timeline.

Who needs training to run the event?

Just a short onboarding for the people involved. Event managers get a walkthrough of the full platform. Check-in teams need guidance if check-ins are managed in-house, and stage teams get a quick briefing on their screens and workflows. Everyone only needs to learn the part they will use.

Who makes the final decision on winners?

You or your jury does. Eventblox supports the process and keeps a clear record of decisions. As Bloxy evolves, it also surfaces insights from previous editions to help jurors assess options faster with award predictions — people review and confirm every decision.

Do we own our event data?

Across the first two city-council galas we measured, 1,364 of 1,954 working hours were saved — around 70%. But as we all know, every event is different, and there is nothing like looking at your workflows and identifying where you could save time during the demo.
